For four decades, I was trapped in the grasp of narcissistic abuse, a struggle unrecognized even by the 17 mental health professionals I consulted. My life, externally successful, was internally marred by a deep, unnameable despair.

A chance conversation with a friend, who described her ordeal with a narcissistic employer, shed light on my own experience. Her story echoed my hidden struggle, revealing the root of my longstanding emotional turmoil and loneliness. This moment of clarity propelled me into a journey of understanding narcissism, which now the single focus of my counselling practice.

Today, I focus on helping others heal from narcissistic relationships. Drawing from my personal path to insight and healing, I offer support and guidance to those navigating the aftermath of similar abuses.
