Services Provided and No Professional Advice
Narcissist Nab offers coaching services aimed at providing insights into narcissistic behavior. These services are purely educational and should not be considered as professional psychological or medical advice. While we strive to provide valuable content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our services.
Privacy and Data Protection
At Narcissist Nab, we prioritize your privacy and the security of your data. We adhere to our Privacy Policy in collecting, using, and storing your personal information. While we employ secure technologies to protect your information, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure.
Payment and Refund Policy
Terms of Payment
Payment for sessions is collected at the time of booking unless you have purchased a multi-session package. My services are provided directly and are not covered under Medicare or any other private health insurance.
Cancellation policy
No penalties exist if you cancel a session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Customers who do not keep to appointment times and have not cancelled the session will be charged the full fee. Appointments can be rescheduled online via the bookings page or by contacting [email protected] 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. We're here to help you through this process, so if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch. (margi@narcissistnab.com)
User Responsibilities
As a user, you are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Any ideas, suggestions, or materials you submit to us are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Australia. We encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution before resorting to legal action. To the extent permitted by law, Narcissist Nab Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of our services.
Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Users are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information they gain access to through our services. Users are also prohibited from using such proprietary information to compete against Narcissist Nab or for any purpose that is against the interests of Narcissist Nab.
