Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for our online courses is required at the time of enrollment. We follow the Kajabi refund policy, offering a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a review of your account with us, please fill out our customer service form.
Payment Plan Policy:
When you sign up for the payment plan, we'll automatically charge your card for each of your remaining payments according to the schedule you agreed to. Please make sure you have sufficient funds on your card on the due dates.
If a payment doesn't go through:
Don't worry, these things happen. If we can't process your payment on the due date, we'll automatically try again. You'll get an email from us letting you know what happened, and you'll have a day to check your card details and make sure everything's in order.
If we still can't process your payment:
If we can't process your payment after several attempts, we'll have to pause your access to the Program. You'll be able to get back in as soon as your payment goes through.
If your payment still doesn't go through:
We'll keep trying to process your payment over the next week while your access to the Program is paused. We understand that issues can arise, and we want to give you every chance to sort things out.
If we can't process your payment after all our attempts:
If we still can't process your payment after all our attempts, we'll unfortunately have to remove you from the Program permanently. At that point, we won't be able to give you a refund, and we may need to take further action to collect the payment.

User Responsibilities
As a user, you are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Community Guidelines
Users of our community features are expected to follow our Community Guidelines, which include respectful interaction, no spam, no illegal content, respecting the privacy of others, and understanding that Narcissist Nab Academy reserves the right to moderate the community. Our community features are hosted on Kajabi, and by using these features, you are also agreeing to comply with Kajabi's terms and conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Australia. We encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution before resorting to legal action. To the extent permitted by law, Narcissist Nab Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of our services.
Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Users are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information they gain access to through our services. Users are also prohibited from using such proprietary information to compete against Narcissist Nab Academy or for any purpose that is against the interests of Narcissist Nab Academy.
